Do the three products share my data?
No. Four separate databases (core, learning, practice and qcxiz) with no foreign keys between them. One product cannot read another product's rows.
Do I need a separate account for each one?
One. Sign in once with QCXIS single sign-on and open whichever product you subscribe to. No juggling passwords.
How do payments work?
Through Chip, in Malaysian ringgit: cards, FPX online banking and e-wallets. Instructors are paid out on the same rails.
Are the certificates verifiable?
Yes. Course and programme certificates issue as PDFs carrying a serial and a separate verification code, and anyone can check a code on a public page.
Can my child use it?
Yes, with a guardian. Child accounts are sandboxed to Practice, a guardian runs the family console, and a minor never appears on a leaderboard without active consent.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. iOS and Android, on the same account and the same checkout as the web.
We are a school. Can we buy for a group?
Yes. An organisation subscribes to practice sets and assigns them from a pool, or gives them to every member at once. Coaches see member progress and can issue recognition and certificates.
